Together we will create both short-term and long-term goals to make sure that you get the most out of your therapy experience. I play an active role. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and provide guidance based on my experience. Not only will you receive a safe, non-judgemental space to vent and gain greater insight into the patterns of your life, but I will also give you practical, hands-on coping strategies to manage your symptoms of depression.
